Exchange & Returns

Exchange & Returns (only within 48 hours of delivery)

There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love note before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases, we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.

Your order is eligible for exchanges if -

  • An incorrect/defective order was sent to you (in this case a reverse shipment will be scheduled by us from your address to ours and the correct order will be shipped to you) no design/size change is allowed in such cases. You will receive the exact same product you ordered.

  • Please check the size chart thoroughly as in size return cases customer will have to bear the reverse logistics fee of Rs 100. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a store credit note of same value which you can use to buy the size of your choice. No direct size exchange allowed (You will need to place a fresh order with your credit note coupon code)

  • COD convenience fee is non-refundable
  • No Color/design exchange allowed 
  • No returns/exchange on jewelry items.

  • Rs 299 Bonanza Sale Items are non-returnable
  • No exchange/return on orders outside India due to logistics constraints.

Procedure For Exchange

  • Within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, click the chat now button on the website or write to us at support@firangiyarn.com mentioning your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Our team will get back to you in a day or two and ask you to send us the product to be exchanged. Cost of the courier sent to us will be borne by us. Cost of shipping the exchanged garment to you will be borne by us.

  • The product to be exchanged must be dispatched to our studio within 2 days of acceptance of exchange.

  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, please allow a few days to inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange.

 Please note that products exchanged once will not be exchanged a second time.

CANCELLATIONS

  • In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order.

  • In case of cancellations, a credit note of full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of six months.

REFUNDS & CREDIT NOTE

  • In the event of returns, we issue a credit note COUPON equivalent to the value of the order minus handling and logistics charges of INR 100.

  • Credit notes are redeemable on the website up to 6 months.

  • Credit notes cannot be redeemed against customized orders placed offline.

  • Orders placed using credit note are not further eligible for returns or exchanges.

 As company policy,  we do NOT offer cash refunds.

Unfortunately International orders aren't eligible for returns or exchanges due to logistical reasons.

 DISCLAIMER

  • Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are FINAL SALE.

  • Pieces to be exchanged or returned will only be accepted AFTER discussing the same on mail. Any outfits sent to our store without a prior discussion on mail will not be accepted, and the piece would have to be picked up by the customer.
